You might have already seen this awesome quote that Moveon.org posted on their Facebook page, but, I thought it was so sweet and heartfelt that I had to re-post it here. Lord knows I love me some Kate Winslet, and when she’s saying something seriously-cool about the total unconditional love between a parent and a child, well, sign me up.

I live in a big city and I’m so glad for it because being exposed to a variety of people already saves me the trouble of having to explain strange and awkward situations.
Us too, Nina. I think the exposure to so many different kinds of people on a daily basis makes for much more well-rounded kids. But, you can raise cool, tolerant kids anywhere. It all starts with the parents.
